Even though Jack and Ellison are hard at work writing a mystery for a school contest, they still have time to investigate suspicious activity in the woods.

Jack wants to join his new school's football team, but he also agrees to help his friend Ellison build a bookmobile bike, and his attempts to do both might cost him his best friend.
